By concluding this contractual relationship, you exercise all consumer rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act, which include the right to out-of-court settlement of any dispute regarding the contract for the purchase of goods.

The prices of items with VAT are indicated with each item, and you can see them during the creation of the purchase order, as well as at the end where you have an overview of all ordered items, quantities and prices. The price of delivery is 180 dinars, and by creating an order form, you agree to pay the delivery costs.

Steven Dockman reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Checking and updating the stock is done several times during the day. We try to be as precise as possible in the description of all products, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free. Steven Dockman has the right to cancel the purchase order by sending an email notification to the consumer if an error occurred while setting the price on the site.

CONSENT AND CHANGE OF CONDITIONS

The use of our services implies the consent of the user to the stated conditions of use. Steven Dockman DOO Belgrade undertakes to comply with all the above, and all changes to the conditions become valid only after publication on this page and sending e-mail notifications to all registered users.

CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinars (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.

DELIVERY OF GOODS AND POSSIBLE ORGANIZATIONS

Products ordered through the Steven Dockman webshop are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the event that due to great interest and demand for the item in your cart, the desired item can not be delivered due to limited stock, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.

If you sent the order on weekdays until 2 pm, it will be sent to you that day, you expect delivery the next day in the period from 7 am to 4 pm. For shipments sent on Friday, delivery is made on Monday. If you sent the order on Friday after 2 pm, we will send the shipment to you on Monday. Delivery of shipments is done by the courier service Aks Express. Delivery cost is 480 dinars. Delivery of goods is performed exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, except on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija.

When your order is packed and handed over to the courier service, you will receive an email notification that the shipment has been sent. The courier service delivers the shipment to the specified address the day after collection in the period from 7 am to 4 pm. On the day of delivery, you will receive SMS notifications and a courier from the courier service will contact you.

The courier will try to deliver the shipment twice. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, the courier will call you on the phone number you left when ordering and arrange a new delivery date with you. If even then the delivery is not successful, the shipment will be returned to Steven Dockman DOO and we will contact you to determine the reason for the return and arrange a resend.

When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product is damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.

You can pay for your order by cash on delivery or payment card.

Cash on delivery means payment in cash when picking up the shipment.

If you have a Visa, MasterCard or Maestro payment card, you can pay for the order online. After filling in the order form, you will be automatically redirected to the Banca Intesa website, where you enter payment card data. If everything is in order with the transaction, you will be returned to our site with a notification that the payment has been successfully made. If there was a problem with the transaction, you will be returned to the site with a notification of failed payment, after which you can try again or choose another payment method. All data is protected and visible only to the Banca Intesa card processor.

COMPLAINT POLICY

The product you are advertising must be clean, packed in a box, and the advertising error must be marked. Dirty-dirty product will not be solved. Steven Dockman assumes no responsibility for physically damaged products or products that are damaged by improper use. Rest assured that we will accept all justified complaints and, depending on your requirements, refund, replace or repair the product. Complaints applications as well as detailed information on the rights and obligations of the buyer or seller can be requested by phone or by sending a complaint form to the email address office@stevendockman.com You can download the complaint form HERE.

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Steven Dockman is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product is damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to a replacement with the attached invoice. If you purchased the item through the online store, you can replace the same item only through the online store within 15 days from the date of receipt of the item.

If you want to replace the item you bought through the online store, please send the code, color and size of the product for which you want to make a replacement to e-mail office@stevendockman.com or call us at +381604848089 where you will receive an answer with detailed instructions on the replacement procedure.

The ordered item cannot be changed if it is used, damaged in any way or there is no protective transparent foil / cellophane around the item. If after receiving the item you have determined that the item is not suitable, you have the right to a replacement with the attached invoice. You can replace the item 15 days from the date of receipt of the item. In case of replacement of the goods, the buyer bears the costs of transporting the disputed item to the warehouse as well as re-transporting the replaced item from the warehouse to the address.

PROTECT USER PRIVACY

On behalf of Steven Dockman, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data on customers / users and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not to delete them from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All information about users / customers is strictly kept and is available only to employees, this information is necessary to do the job. All Steven Dockman employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy.

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.

RETURN POLICY

Rulebook on the procedure and manner of resolving complaints

Article 1 With this Rulebook, the Merchant regulates the manner, conditions and procedure for resolving consumer complaints (complaints) due to defects in the purchased product through the site www.stevendockman.com and the authority, obligations and responsibilities of the Merchant regarding the exercise of consumer rights to complaint.

Article 2 The buyer, in terms of this rulebook, is any citizen who buys products for personal needs or the needs of others via the Internet on the site stevendockman.com.

Article 3 The buyer has the right to object to the purchased product due to defects that have occurred, within six months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the deadline referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the buyer loses the right to file a complaint.

Article 4 The request for complaint can be submitted by mail to the following address Steven Dockman, Teodora Dukina 49, 11000 Belgrade, or email office@stevendockman.com When submitting a request for complaint, the buyer is obliged to:. – in the request for complaint to state the reasons for the complaint and the desired way of resolving it. – a product that advertises to return in the original packaging. – submit the invoice.

Article 5 The buyer has no right to object if:

– missed the deadline for submitting objections set out in Article 3 of this Rulebook;

– defect in the purchased product caused by his fault or the fault of others;

– bought the product on sale;

– bought a defective product at a reduced price;

– changed the decision on the choice of the article.

Article 6 The validity of the request for complaint is determined by the authorized employee, and notifies the Buyer within 8 working days from the date of receipt.

Article 7 In case of substantiation of the complaint and its acceptance by the Merchant, the Buyer has the right at his own choice to:

– replacement of the purchased product with a defect for a new correct product;

– refund of the amount paid according to the attached invoice;

– elimination of product defects.

Article 8 In the case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Steven Dockman is obliged to return through a commercial bank, which means that the bank the seller’s request to return the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Article 9 This Ordinance shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
